At SIMFLO, we’ve developed a meticulous seven-stage process designed to ensure every product meets specifications and surpasses your performance expectations. Each stage scrutinizes key project aspects. From raw materials to final assembly and even shipping, we leave no detail unchecked – delivering unparalleled quality and reliability.

Project Application Review
Our Sales and Engineering teams work together to carefully develop accurate quotes that you can rely on for budgeting and approval. SIMFLO pumps are designed to the latest AWWA and Hydraulic Institute standards and are available as NSF/ANSI/CAN 61 listed products.
2.
Engineering and Technical Assessment
Prior to production, a technical review is performed to verify that all products meet the specified parameters and conditions. Calculations and simulations are completed by our Engineering team to ensure that the final product will operate seamlessly and be of the highest quality when installed.

Manufacturing Review and Verification
AQL inspection standards are used to ensure that all designed and produced components meet specifications and are free from defects. Special inspections such as PMI and non-destructive testing are available upon request.

Hydraulic and Performance Testing
SIMFLO products are designed and tested to ensure conformance with published hydraulic performance. Upon customer request, SIMFLO provides hydrostatic, performance and NPSH testing. All testing is performed in accordance with ANSI/HI 14.6.

Final Coating Process
High-performance coatings and linings are available to provide added performance and longevity to our products. SIMFLO offers coatings certified by NSF International in accordance with NSF/ANSI/CAN Std. 61. NACE Level 1 Coating Inspector on site.

Final Inspection Process
To ensure a seamless installation, a 35-Point Final Inspection is performed on every pump to verify that all customer requirements have been met.

Transportation Preparation
SIMFLO offers unparalleled crating and packaging solutions. Completed, tested and approved products are carefully fitted into custom built packaging to ensure the final product is shipped safely, securely and ready for installation.
