EMPLOYEE INFORMATION

In response to the declaration of the national health emergency, SIMFLO has created a COVID-19 policy to protect the welfare of our employees. This policy includes information regarding hygiene, use of mandated sick leave, working remotely and other pertinent information.

SIMFLO has taken steps to allow for remote access to work for as many employees as possible, should it become necessary. For full details, see the company Communicable Disease/Illness Policy (COVID-19).

We continue to closely monitor the situation across all locations, but for immediate up-to-date information in your area and other resources, see the links below.

DO YOUR PART

We all have a role to play in preventing the spread of COVID-19. Make sure to regularly practice these healthy habits.

What if I get sick?

If you are feeling sick or have been exposed, please stay home. If you think you are experiencing symptoms of COVID-19, follow this step-by-step guide to prevent the spread of the virus to others.

Notify Human Resources immediately

Stay home and avoid contact with others as much as possible, except to seek medical care.

Call ahead before visiting your doctor or request a virtual visit with MDLIVE through SIMFLO’s BlueCross BlueShield (BCBS) coverage plan. If you’re not covered through BCBS, consider scheduling a virtual visit through the CVS Minute Clinic mobile app.

Seek prompt medical attention if your condition is worsening (e.g. difficulty breathing). Before seeking care, call your healthcare provider and tell them you may have, or are being evaluated for, the coronavirus. Put on a face mask before you enter the facility.
